We certainly do not want to upset and annoy you with our telephone calls. Our goal in telemarketing is to reach out to new patrons who have just attended (and hopefully enjoyed) a TSO concert, and provide them with another opportunity to attend and enjoy great concerts with the TSO. I am pleased to have found your feedback since it is extremely important our telephone campaigns are both effective and respectful. Telemarketing is an important part of our organization, and we will be taking a careful look at our subsequent telesales to make sure we are adding to, and not subtracting from, our brand and community image. I do hope you will continue to attend TSO concerts and support the Symphony. If you wish to discuss this further, you may email me directly at fbuttars@tso.ca or contact me via phone at 416-593-7769 ext.344.
